Humira Complete: App Redesign
The problem: Humira patients did not like the existing app because it contained too many features. Consumer data told us the app only needed to be a utility to track injections. Long story short, we storyboarded a consumer journey that would give patients not only a better experience but a valuable tool for their Humira regimen. The result is a modern and smart upgrade giving patients an easy to use tool.

To target people suffering from Crohn’s Disease, flash banners leveraged a key insight. For people with Crohn’s, it is sometimes referred to as an “invisible illness.” On the outside, patients look fine. However, what’s going on inside can be completely different. One of the biggest hurdles patients have is talking about their symptoms with their doctor. Only the patient can turn the invisible visible. This banner uses the medium to help deliver that message.
